The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the online registration window for the Joint Entrance Examination Session 1 or JEE (Main) 2022 Session 1 today, April 18. Candidates will now be able to apply online for the exam through online mode on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in till April 25 upto 9.00 PM.

The JEE Main 2022 session 1 will be held from June 20 to 29. The tests will be in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

“The schedule for inviting the online Application Forms for Session 2 of JEE (Main) – 2022 will be
available later. The Candidates are advised to keep visiting the official websites of NTA (www.nta.ac.in) and (https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/) for the latest updates,” reads the notification.

The dates of Advance Intimation of Examination City, downloading of Admit Cards, and declaration of Result will be displayed on JEE (Main) portal in due course.

Eligibility Criteria

For appearing in the JEE (Main) 2022, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in the examination.

  1. Visit official website jeemain.nta.nic.in
  2. Go to ‘Registration for JEE(Main) 2022’ and click on registration link
  3. Register and fill up the application
  4. Upload documents, pay fee and submit the form
  5. Download and take a printout for future reference
