Bihar 10th results 2018: BSEB to declare 10th class results today, check new result timings here
The Bihar 10th results were to be released at 11:30 am, but according to several reports the BSEB 10th results are expected to be declared at 4:30 pm.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will declare the Bihar 10th results today, June 26th, at 4:30 pm, according to several media reports. The release date of the BSEB 10th results remains unchanged, but the board has apparently postponed the timings for declaration of the 10th results from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Bihar 10th results will be made available at the board’s official website, biharboard.ac.in, and also third party websites such as indiaresults.com.
Board officials had said that the investigation surrounding one of its schools misplacing 42,000 answer copies would not affect the declaration of the Bihar 10th class results. It was reported that the delay in the Bihar class 10 results were due to the fact that SS Balika Inter School in Gopalganj had misplace 200 bags of answer sheets. After a police investigation, it was reported, a peon of the school had sold the answer sheets to a scrap dealer.
Around 17.7 lakh Bihar students appeared for the BSEB 2018 10th class exam in around 1,400 exam centres. In 2017, the board had declared the class 10th results on June 22nd. Then the pass percentage was very poor, with almost half of the students failing to clear the exam.
