His hits include Bhindi Bhaji Boogie, Turbans Over Memphis and Rocking with a Sikh. By day, Peter Singh runs a takeaway restaurant in the second-largest city of Wales that's famous for its onion bhajias. By evening, he puts on his blue suede shoes and shows the world that Sikhs can rock and roll too.
