The big news: Ravichandran Ashwin saves India the blushes
England were bowled out for 283 on the second day of the third Test at Mohali on Sunday. India seemed to be set on a huge score but England’s bowlers were up for the task as they left India struggling on 271/6. Adil Rashid and Ben Stoke took five wickets amongst themselves including the crucial wicket of Virat Kohli, who scored 62. Cheteshwar Pujara also scored 51 runs with Ravichandran Ashwin saving India the blushes remaining not out on 57. Ravindra Jadeja also played a sensible knock of 31.
