Sikh man carrying 'Stop Hate' banner escorted out of Donald Trump rally
The Republican frontrunner then reportedly said, 'he was not wearing one of those hats, was he?'
A Sikh man was escorted out of a Donald Trump rally in Muscatine High School, Iowa, on Sunday after displaying a banner that read 'Stop Hate', reported The Indian Express.
Trump then pointed to the crowd, referring to the protester and another person accompanying him, and said, "He was not wearing one of those hats was he? And he never will, and that’s okay because we got to do something folks, because it’s not working."
Earlier this month, a Muslim woman was escorted out of a Trump rally after she stood up in silent protest against the GOP frontrunner's speculation over Syrian migrants being part of the Islamic State.
