A law student of King's College London has demanded a lifetime supply of Nestle's KitKat chocolate bar because the pack she purchased did not have any wafer in it. Saima Ahmad, 20, said she bought the defective pack of KitKat for £2 (approximately Rs 197). She added that the confectionery giant had failed in its duty to take due care in the manufacturing process, which led to her suffering from a monetary and emotional loss.

"Clearly, if I wanted to purchase a confectionery item that is pure chocolate, I would have purchased a bar of Galaxy. I wouldn't rule out taking this further if Nestle do not apologise or compensate me adequately," Ahmed said.
