IPL: Sunrisers Hyderabad bag easy 10-wicket win against Gujarat Lions
Skipper David Warner led his team to victory with a score of 74 runs off 48 balls.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad trounced the Gujarat Lions by 10 wickets in their Indian Premier League clash on Thursday, in Rajkot's Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
Hyderabad won the toss and elected to field, earning a wicket in the very first over – Aaron Finch got out to a well-placed delivery by Bhuvneshwar Kumar on the fourth ball. After smashing a few boundaries, big-hitter Brendom McCullum perished to a mistimed shot off Deepak Hooda’s bowling, leaving his team at 56/2 at 7.2 overs. From then on, Gujarat lost wickets at regular intervals and never got much momentum going, managing a modest 135/8 in their 20 overs. Only captain Suresh Raina managed to notch up 75 in 51 balls. But he hardly got any support from the rest of the team, with most returning to the dugout after scoring in single digits. Kumar was the pick of Hyderabad's bowlers, ending up with figures of 4 for 29 in his four overs.
Captain David Warner got Hyderabad to a great start with fellow opener Shikhar Dhawan, bringing in 50 for the team in just five overs. The duo continued to hold up the run rate at nearly double the required figure, with the skipper reaching his 26th half century of the league off 29 balls. The 10 extras handed over by Gujarat's bowlers did not help matters. The openers reached their target with more than five overs to spare.
