Watch: Passengers stuck inside plane after air-conditioning fails
The air conditioner of an Air India flight to New Delhi stopped working for over two hours while the aircraft was waiting to take off.
My Sister is stuck on the @airindia flight. They start boarding from 3pm still and the landing time is 6pm from Mumbai to Delhi but still flight did not take off, they did not open the door, and the pilot and staff did not respond.
