Watch: Sadhvi Prachi has essentially sent out a 'hit' on Zakir Naik
Prachi, who is known for making controversial statement and little else, offered Rs 50 lakh to anyone who would kill the Islamic preacher.
If ever there were awards given out for the best hate speeches, India's Sadhvi Prachi would be somewhere at the very top of that list. In June, she declared that India should be made completely Muslim free, "Now that we have achieved the mission of making a Congress-free India, it is time to make India Muslim-free. We are working on that," she said.
An FIR was filed against her after the incident. She has been an accused in both the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots case and the Babri Masjid demolition and has trouble with mathematics.
The video above is the latest addition to her hate-filled CV – a call to action to go to Saudi Arabia and kill Zakir Naik. She's even offering a reward of Rs 50 lakh. Presumably she's not expecting to fulfil her promise. For any hitmen looking for a job, here's a section from the Indian Contract Act, 1872: "An agreement to do an illegal act is void". So the contract is unenforceable, and will not hold up in a court of law.
Prachi claims to have announced the reward because Zakir Naik is "not a religious preacher, but a terrorist".
