The Minke whale is one of the lesser studied whale species, and not a lot is known about its behaviour. To bridge that gap, WWF Australia ventured out to the Antarctica to place cameras on the back of minke whales in the South Ocean.
In the video below, experts at WWF show you how they went about tagging these whales with cameras. The footage they yield allow scientists to get a better chance to study these whales by being very close to them virtually.
