A tragic incident involving two dogs was captured on camera in Philippines. On the curb of Riverside Drive in Rizal, Philippines, a dog, believed to have met with a horrible hit-and-run accident, was lying inert. His companion, another dog, tried ever so hard to help him up, but to no avail.

The video of the incident was posted on Facebook by a passer-by who saw the two dogs a little too late. Heartbroken, he wrote (in Filipino), “That is not a person who knows how to dodge [a car]. It doesn’t know the right of way. It doesn’t know how to stop, look, and listen.”
