Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif extends renewed support to separatist movement in Kashmir
Sharif wrote to the chief of a radical women’s separatist group and said their cause was 'just and humanitarian'.
Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif repeated the country’s support to the separatist movement in Kashmir by writing to the chief of a radical Kashmiri women's separatist group 'Dukhtaran-e-Milat' (Daughters of Faith). Sharif said that Pakistan has historically lent “humanitarian, moral and diplomatic support” to the people's movement for self-determination in Kashmir, reported IANS.
"We will continue our support to your just and humanitarian cause with more vigour in the future. Your steadfast, uncompromising struggle for self-determination has given soul and spirit to the movement.” the Pakistan prime minister said, adding that “the undeniable right of self-determination be given to Kashmiri people" soon.
