Chinese smartphone maker Huawei is all set to introduce new Nova series smartphones, thought to be the speculated Nova 3 and Nova 3i, to Indian buyers. Huawei, in collaboration with Amazon India, is set to launch the Nova series phones on July 26th.

This information comes courtesy of a landing page on the e-commerce website, which displays an illustrative picture of a yet unnamed phone in the Nova series with dual-rear and front cameras. While the poster does not reveal any specifics, a clue to the name of the new Nova phone may be in the line “#Coming4You”.

It is speculated that Huawei will release the Nova 3 and the Nova 3i in India, considering reports that the Nova 3 is scheduled to be launched in China on July 18. The advertisement on Amazon India displays the taglines “capture your moments” and “for you and your view”, suggesting that camera and display features could be the highlight of the phone. The phone might also get 128GB of storage, aided by 6GB of RAM.

Based on leaked information available on GSMArena, a gadget review website, the Huawei Nova 3 could sport a 6.3-inch FHD+ curved glass display. The dual rear camera setup is likely to include a 16MP sensor paired with a 24MP secondary sensor for pictures. At the front, it might get a 24-megapixel sensor with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with face unlocking feature.

The Nova 3 is likely to boast Huawei’s own Kirin 970 processor alongside GPU Turbo technology that, as per company claims, reduces power consumption and delivers faster performance. Not many details are available about the Nova 3i, but rumours suggest it could be a toned down version of the Nova 3, featuring the new Kirin 710 SoC.
