MCAER PG Admission 2018: Final merit list released; check at maha-agriadmission.in
The provisional merit list was declared on August 13th and MCAER had invited registration of grievances against the list.
Maharashtra Council for Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER), Pune, released the final merit list for admissions to post-graduation courses related to agriculture today, August 20th, around 7:45 pm. All candidates who have registered to participate in the counselling process can check the list at maha-agriadmission.in.
MCAER is conducting admissions for various PG courses related to agriculture and animal husbandry for colleges in Maharashtra since July 30th. The Council has also released the final rejection list today. The Council had released the provisional merit list and rejection list on August 13th. Candidates could register their grievances against the provisional list until August 16th.
The council will release the first allotment result on August 23rd. Candidates whose names feature in the first allotment are supposed to report to the institutions on or before August 26th. The council will conduct two rounds of allotment and the vacant seats will be released for spot admissions. The classes for the postgraduate courses are expected to start on August 31st. - Click on the link for ‘Final Merit List 2018-19’ on the home page.
- The document will list all the candidates who have made it to the merit list.
- The home page also has a link for ‘Final Rejection List 2018-19’.
The MCAER is conducting PG admission process for 15 postgraduate courses in colleges and institutions in the Maharashtra. There are around 855 seats available for MSc Agriculture, whereas MSc Horticulture has 134 seats and MBA Agriculture has 95 seats.
