India finished with an overall medal tally of 29 at the conclusion of the 2024 Paris Paralympics on Sunday.

The final two medals won by the country came on Saturday, courtesy javelin thrower Navdeep Singh’s gold and sprinter Simran Sharma’s bronze.

India’s tally of 29 sees the contingent in 18th place in the overall leaderboard with seven gold, nine silver and 13 bronze medals.

China topped the overall medal table with 94 golds, 76 silvers and 50 bronzes with Great Britain coming in second place with 49 golds. USA finished in third place with 36 golds and an overall tally of 105 medals.
