Bengaluru is set to host an ATP Challenger tournament at the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association stadium from November 20. India’s top singles players Yuki Bhambri and Ramkumar Ramanathan headline the $100,000 Bengaluru Open.
Slovakia’s Blaz Kavcic (99) will be the top seed of the tournament followed by Radu Albot from Moldova (103) and Spain’s Adrian Menendez-Maceiras (129).
As many as 18 Indian players, including Sriram Balaji (352) and Saketh Myneni, will contest in the qualifiers to make it to the main draw of the Challenger.
India’s Divij Sharan and Vishnu Vardhan will be among the Indian doubles players in action.
