Army recovers two explosive devices in Jammu & Kashmir
The makeshift bombs were found during a search operation in a suspected hideout on Saturday.
Indian Army officials on Saturday recovered two explosive devices in Poonch district, Jammu and Kashmir. A defence spokesperson said a search was held at a suspected hideout in Lor Devta, Poonch, during which two gunny bags were found. Both were improvised explosive devices, weighing 10 kg and 6 kg.
In a separate incident late on Saturday night, Pakistan fired along the international border in the Samba sector near Jammu for the second consecutive night. Border Security Force personnel said the firing started around 9 pm, lasting about six hours, and about 15 villages were affected by encounter.
