Rocky Yadav, the son of Janata Dal (United) MLC Manorama Devi, was arrested by Bihar Police in Bodh Gaya early on Tuesday and later remanded in judicial custody for 14 days. He had been on the run since he allegedly shot and killed a 19-year-old for overtaking him and his bodyguard while they were travelling in their SUV.

He was reportedly arrested at his father Bindi Yadav’s hot mix plant. He was tracked down after his mother was interrogated at her house in Gaya, NDTV quoted police officers as saying. On Monday, Bihar police had arrested the accused’s father and bodyguard.

The victim, Aditya Sachdeva (pictured above), was a Class XII student. Bindi Yadav had defended his son Rocky for the incident, saying Sachdeva was drunk and beat up his son who then "accidentally" fired a licensed gun while trying to defend himself.
