There is lots of colour and very little coherence in the trailer for Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se, which was released on Friday.
The Deols come together once again for the third installment of the Yamla Pagla Deewana comedy film franchise, which began in 2011. In the trailer, Dharmendra gets the funny lines and the alcohol jokes, Sunny Deol gets to beat up people, and Bobby Deol is the romantic hero who frolics with Kriti Kharbanda. Somewhere down the line, the three Punjabis have to pretend to be Gujaratis. Shatrughan Sinha and Salman Khan also make an appearance. Rekha and Sonakshi Sinha feature in a song sequence as well.
Navaniat Singh has directed Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se from a screenplay by Dheeraj Rattan. The film will be released on August 31.
