#Tumkuru: Dramatic rescue of bike rider Mahalingappa who was swept away by heavy rains was rescued by local people using ropes. Due to heavy rains many parts of Karnataka are inundated with water. The bike rider and the bike was rescued by local people #Karnataka pic.twitter.com/YRvGxErBet
