Watch: Scenes from explosion in Iran as clinic burns with patients inside, at least 19 killed
This is the second explosion in Iran in less than a week, after the first one last Friday near a military site close to Tehran.

Locals say the blaze (seen in previous videos) have been contained but there are still fires in the hospital's basement.
