SSC CHSL 2017: Technical glitch faced by candidates who appeared for Tier I exam
The Commission noted that on March 8th a question was only partially visible on the screen
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in a notification released yesterday acknowledged that on March 8th a question was partially visible for the shift-III of Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier I 2017 examination. The Commission stated that it would ‘suitably compensate’ the candidates as per the rules.
The tier I stage of CHSL examination is being held region wise from March 4th till March 26th. This stage of exam is computer based and candidates clearing it will be called for the tier II exam scheduled for July 8, 2018.
There are three stages of the examination and the Commission aims to fulfil 3,259 vacancies. The first stage is the computer-based examination. The second stage is the descriptive paper. Those who clear the second round would be eligible to appear for stage three, which includes the skill test or typing test.
