Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) has released the detailed re-examination schedule for All India Entrance Exam Admission (AIEEA) 2018 on icarexam.net. The previous examination, which was conducted in the month of June, has been cancelled and the Council will conduct the re-examination on August 18th and 19th.

The entrance exams for the postgraduate admission and junior and senior Ph.D degree programmes will be conducted on August 18th. The entrance exam for the undergraduate degree programs will be held on August 19th. The detailed exam schedule is as follows:

The candidates who have already registered for the AIEEA 2018 exam held in the month of June are eligible to participate in the re-exam. The council clarified that no new applications will be entertained. The council has also deactivated the old website, aieea.net, and all further notifications related to the ICAR AIEEA exam will be released on icarexam.net.

Candidates were supposed to choose the centres in which they would like to give the re-examination on or before August 5th. If the candidates have not been able to register their choices before August 5th, the Council states it has the liberty to allocate any exam centre and no complaints regarding the allocation will be entertained.

The Council is expected to declare the result of AIEEA 2018 re-exam on August 30th and there is no provision for re-evaluation or rechecking. The detailed counselling schedule will be released later by the Council. The detailed notification for the AIEEA 2018 re-exam can be accessed in this link.

ICAR fills 100% of Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), and Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE) seats via this exam. Besides, agricultural universities across India fill 15% of undergraduate seats and 25% of postgraduate seats through the ICAR AIEEA exam.
