UPSC NDA/NA (II) exam 2018: Admit cards released; check at upsc.gov.in
UPSC is conducting the NDA/NA (II) examination on September 9th.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the admit cards for the 2018 National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II) on Monday, August 20th. The NDA/NA exam (II) 2018 is scheduled to be conducted by the UPSC on September 9th. All the candidates who have registered to participate in the exam can download the admit card from the UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.
The Commission also released a notification stating that the e-admit card is mandatory to participate in the exam. In case of any discrepancy, the candidates need to inform the Commission before August 31st for them to take a decision on the discrepancy. In case the photograph on the admit card is not clearly visible, candidates are supposed to bring two passport-sized photographs to the exam centre along with a photo ID.
The notification also stated that the candidates are supposed to reach the exam centre 10 minutes before the scheduled exam time, that is at 9:50 am for morning session and at 1:50 pm for the afternoon session. Candidates also need to bring a black ball point pen for filling up the attendance sheet.
Here is how to download the 2018 NDA/NA Exam (II) admit card:
- Log in to the official UPSC website.
- Under ‘What’s New’ section, click on the link for e-admit card for NDA/NA exam (II) 2018 admit card.
- Click on ‘Click here’ under the ‘Link’ column.
- Click on ‘Click here’ under ‘To Download e-Admit card’ column.
- Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Yes.
- Click on either ‘By Registration ID’ or ‘by Roll Number’ and feed in all the required details.
- Click on ‘Submit’.
- Your e-admit card will be displayed which needs to downloaded and printed out.
The notification for the 2018 NDA/NA Exam (II) was released on June 8th and the registration process went on until July 2nd. The Commission is conducting the exam to fill 383 posts in the National Defence Academy and the Naval Academy.
