Earthquake in northern India, tremors felt in Delhi, NCR
The epicentre of the 6.2-magnitude earthquake was 36 km northwest of Ishkashim in Tajikistan.

An earthquake hit parts of northern India, Afghanistan and Pakistan on Wednesday evening. Tremors were felt in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and the National Capital Region at around 4.11 pm.
The epicentre of the 6.2-magnitude earthquake was 36 km northwest of Ishkashim in Tajikistan, according to the United States Geological Survey.
There were no immediate reports of any casualty.
