A one-minute promotional video of the song Mazhai Kuruvi from Mani Ratnam’s upcoming Tamil drama Chekka Chivantha Vaanam was released today.
Love is in the air in the song voiced and composed by AR Rahman. The three brothers Varadan (Arvind Swami), Thyagu (Arun Vijay) and Ethi (Silambarasan) are seen sharing tender moments with their significant others (Jyotika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Dayana Erappa). However, Vijay Sethupathi’s Resool emerges to be the odd man out. “I am better off being single,” he says with a sigh.
The multi-starrer, set in Chennai, is about a mafia don (Prakash Raj) and his three sons. The ensemble cast includes Aditi Rao Hydari, Mansoor Ali Khan, Siva Ananth and Jayasudha. The movie will be released in Tamil and Telugu (as Nawab) on September 27.
