The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the Preliminary exam schedule for the recruitment of Customer Service Associate in Participating Banks (CRP CSA-XV). Eligible candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website ibps.in.

The online Preliminary exam will be conducted on October 5, 2025, for a duration of 1 hour. The paper will consist of 100 questions of 100 marks. The Main exam is likely to be held in November 2025. More details in the notification below:
