Caught on camera: Housekeeping staff on moving train sweeps garbage out on the tracks
Central Railway, Mumbai division responded to the video asking for details in order to initiate action.
This seems to be the normal practice of the On Board Housekeeping Staff inside #IndianRailways trains.
